Damaged Laundry

Oasis Laundry is not responsible for:

Damage caused by items left in your laundry (e.g., pens, markers, makeup).
Clothes that shrink, bleed, or change shape during washing/drying.
Normal wear and tear, including buttons, beads, seams, or hems.
Stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Items left unclaimed after 30 days may be donated to charity.

Lost Laundry

We take every precaution to avoid misplacement or loss, but if an item is lost:

Call us within 24 hours of noticing the item is missing.
Double-check your home to ensure it wasn’t left behind.
If unresolved, Oasis Laundry’s liability is limited to:
- $50 per garment, up to $150 per order.
